Been served papers - first hearing two weeks away

I fear that living in the basement may make my sitch worse. Sure, I would have a chance to show her my changes, but at the same time, she now has a built in babysitter, the kids will be there more often, etc. She has also said numerous times that this would only be temporary - not a perm solution.
