Hi Arsene, weight loss is nearly universal for all LBS. I also rapidly lost about 30 pounds in the beginning. Your BMI is 20.5 now which is still ok. You may look gaunt compared to obese people around you but I picked up somewhere that a BMI of about 21 is optimal for cardiovascular health. So enjoy your new body and be glad that you can indulge in any eating pleasures you like without being afraid of getting fat. One snack I like: a mixture of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds). They taste well, the fatty acids are healthy and nuts contain a lot of calories.
