I would cut back on the exercise and eat some more calories like protein bars and shakes until you get your body stabilized.
Yeah, I have cut down on meat an awful lot, mainly do to financial situation but also for health. I've switched to tofu and lots of soy based food locals eat around here, and of course rice twice a day. I'll have a read on it online. Thanks Unbidden.
Re: the exercise, I'm not killing myself at it. In the morning it's just 180 crunches (in 3 sets) and 15 minutes of stretches and at the pool, I'm just setting a pace I can live with for 45 minutes. I'm no exercise freak by any means. I do it as much for the relaxation aspect of it as for the health benefits of it.
