Infact I misquoted one of his text which was longer Night Night, Tumbling. Warm and dry - thank you. How are you feeling? (12words Wendylon!!!!!!)
I like that Let's keep track of number of words. I'd love to see him using more than you!

Now that is really impressive on your part. Big round of applause!! That really does show great leanbackedness. You should be proud of yourself!

Nothing much to add Thought I would switch dynamic and text this morning Me (10-x)0753hrs H(20+x)1949hrs He is definitely only choosing/able to answer in the evenings
Wendylon - result!!!!! - 20 words.... This is great monitoring
He wrote Hiya. Rain stopped and getting cold. First snow of the yr visible on the high peaks. Very busy day today! x
I don't think it needs an ansa... I know it's not about us but we are conversing
And you're right, his text doesn't need an answer.
You could start counting the time between texts too. You could wait at least 12 hours before you send your next one since he waited nearly 12 hours before replying to yours. I know it's petty but it's certainly measurable and I'm pretty sure that longer texts and shorter intervals before answering=progress.
It shows more effort on his part and that's what you want.

Ok I am leaning back NOW (12hrs). I promise. I have noticed that I "call" and he "answers" I want to see if he can still "call" I don't know why I want to try this experiment - but I do.
Right now, I feel like it's my turn and I want to miss a go,so to speak.
12hrs here I come - may be even 13!!! Thanks so much for keeping me off the ride
PS I don't think he purposefully waited. I think he's busy with this project and will be working at least 12hr days. He will not be allowed to have his mobile "on" while he is working so will have seen my text when he switched it on, off site.

Tumbling and Wendy, I'm so glad you two are finding useful and humorous ways to track progress. It made me snicker to read your posts. Keep up the good work!
Tumbling, I assume we're in the same time zone so it must be at least 16 hours by now since H sent his last text. I'm curious to know what's happened.
I love the idea of him checking his phone and being surprised and disappointed that there isn't a text from you and then feeling pleasure and relief when he does receive one. It would be nice for him to notice and acknowledge to himself that he appreciates the convos as opposed to taking them for granted.
