I would leave out the beds thing

1 you can work that out later after she agrees to go
2 it makes it seem like you've done lots of research on it and that can be intimidating

Don't ambush her with it, just get her agree to go first, then take a short break, then come back and tackle all the logistics at once -- kids, travel, accommodations, etc. Don't shine a light on the beds thing keep it casual
