I can so relate to how you felt fake doing the GAL. I felt the same way, I felt like I was doing it to show my H. But...he couldn't see it cuz he moved out, and when I could finally meet up with him, all the fake "new" me just couldn't hold. We just really have to come to the really do it for ourselves....so ideal, i'm still working on it. I hope you can figure it out yourself too!
