Here is a tidbit of somewhat that goes on in the mind of a mlc'er for those wanting an inside look. From W's email this morning:

"i woke with horrible anxiety/depression.....the gripping feeling of needing to get away from myself and these feelings "

Hope that helps someone get a glimpse so they can understand and have compassion...

The things said here and elsewhere from those who have been through this (either LBS or MLC'er) have another real life verification.
