I'm not you so I do not know what makes the most sense for you.
Consider... 1) Why can't your W leave? 2) If you live with your sister..is that a longer comute to work for you? 3) Will you have room for your D? 4) Do you really want to leave? 5) If you do want to go, and sometime it is best to go...then will she assume the house and all household finances?
Take your time dude and think stuff through...if you are gonna do something make sure YOU really want to do it and your not doing it as some trick to get her to change.
