I can relate Gal. It's interesting how they seem to be able to turn it off and on at times. Though I must say, back in the really dark days after bomb, my H was miserable with everyone. Various people in his life noticed the changes in him.

Could it be that they are really mad at themselves? I feel like it constantly flip flops between being mad at themselves and being mad at the world.
