oh and I should say that I replied and told him if it was any consolation I can't tell him how much it means to me. that was stranded and feeling a bit alone, vulnerable etc. I have never attempted to invent reasons for him to hang out with me or whatever so her making a big deal out of this isn't a good move IMO
