I don't think I have read any of your posts until now but I wanted to thank you for this one. My struggle with anger and acting based on emotion instead of logic is at the centerpiece of my sitch. Your initial post here I could have easily written with the exception of I am not yet to the place you are, but your writing touches on my feelings and prior actions exactly.
