I went on Match and was also amazed at how many young pups contacted me. And bunches of folks trying to scam me.... I think, at least. I get crazy messages that say things like: "Haven't heard from you in awhile hun. Please give me your phone number so we can keep in touch." And I have NEVER been in communications with any of these people.....

I also had a female roommate of some guy who contacted me write me and tell me what a horrible person he was. The high point of her message was that he didn't trim his nose hair. The low point isn't repeatable here.

I have had coffee with 5 people so far. No one I would spend any more time with. I let the membership expire, I'm on OkCupid right now and that is where I met someone I went out with a few times.
