Not really sure what to make of whats going on. Depression is a weird thing. Had a great weekend in new York city being a tourist. She wanted to hold hands and take lots of photos together.

Maybe she was just depressed and it wasn't that she wasn't happy being Married anymore ?
She is cycling. Depression does not just go away untreated.
