XH calls about 400 this afternoon asking if I can pick up our son from latchkey affer school cause he has got to work late. Not a problem. He calls again about 5 minutes after I get him .. should be home within 15the minutes. Could I wait around to drop him, or he could drive to my place to get him. I tell him I coukd wait, no problem. So our son and I head to my girlfriends salon. She had called earlier to see if I wanted to head to Rockford for city market. She tells me that her and another girl are headed out about 6. So I call my ex, tell him Im headed home to change because I have plans for the night, Ill drop our son after. He asks, what? Told him again Im headed out of town and I would drop our son soon..... Went home, changed and looked super cute. Dropped our son..... (this is where it gets good)..... So I walked our son up to the door, had a package my sis had sent (a ds that needed repaired) and the posty of stuff I had paid for. ( we split anything regarding our son down the middle) Exchanged a bit of conversation then I left. He called shortly after, I answered his questions, hung up, went back to my Gfs salon. As I was in the salon, he called twice, sent a text asking how far the posty went back. Im like really? Its Friday night. Why worry about the posty. Mind reading at best, but Im feeling alittle curiosity. And even if thats not what it was, Im feeling more confident and positive. When I feel that way - I can rule the world. :)I

Yeah... that and alittle more confidence was tossed my way when my GF told me when H was down to get his hair cut (mind you when he missed his appt last week, she tried setting him up with someone else in the salon to cut his hair because she was busy. He wanted to wait till he was in her chair) on Tuesday night, he said something to her that he was dating this girl, and that I seemed to be flipping out about it. And that he didnt understand why I didnt fight for us till now. My GF didnt say much, just let him vent - but she said he was totally fishing for information regarding me. So that gave me a bit of a boost - but still not expecting anything.

She seems to think that he is with this girl to fill a void as well. Who knows.

Today Ive done alot of reading on the forums... Labug - I read up on Brits threads as recommended. She is absolutely awesome and so strong. I hope to one day be like her.

H sent me a text of our son and his best girl friend from across the street. They are at one of the local lakes on a paddleboat. I asked if they were boating and whos boat it was - his response was "Megans" (my GF from the salon). I responded back "Na-uh - I just got off the phone with Megan". His reply was lol, its a paddleboat. Fun little banter I guess, and Im so so glad hes doing something with our son other than letting him play Xbox all day.

Not sure what the plan is for tonight. I had a couple people ask me to do something, but I dont want to hang out at the bars. I dont really feel like going to another fair... although my one GF did ask if I wanted to go with her to her Dads to target practice. Ive never shot a gun before - it kind of intrigues me to be honest. I might have to hook up with her. The only other option would be cleaning the house - which I should do anyway. IDK - guess we will see what the rest of the day brings...

Well, I didnt go shoot guns. I didnt go to any bars. I didnt go to any fairs. What I did - took a walk with my GF two houses up. Then we went back to her place, and watched the dumbest movie ever. But it was still fun. She was my soundboard again as we did our walk. She really is a great person.

So - I thought I was going to be so confindent. So tough. So getting on with life. Fail. I sent him a text, playing... "I see you bought more 312..or was that an old case box?" He called not even a minute later thinking I was at him place. Um no. It was something I had saw yesterday when I dropped off our son.. Anyway - he said that he was at the same fair my GF and I had spoke about going to - told him we have thought about going, and to have fun.

Later I sent a text asking him to have our son call me. He calls a few minutes later - says they are at the fair and that he rode the farris wheel (big deal for him because he is scared of heights). I had said ah man - I thought we were going to ride together. He said no mom - I decided to go with the best GF from across the street, and it was So Cool!! Love that he got past being scared of heights. Made me smile. Then our son said that they were at the concert (yep, the one my GF and I were going to) and here, talk to Dad. H gets on the phone, and says - I thought you said my GF was coming here tonight. I said nope - decided to stay in and watch a movie instead. (was he looking for us?) Then he asked if he could have our son through the day tomorrow because mutual friends had asked to go with them to a lake a few towns over. I was also invited, and told him that I was going to take him.

He came back - thats fine - its your day. I eventually sent him a text and told him that he could keep our son since I had our son most of the day last Sunday if he wanted - just let me know. No reply. Not sure if our son will be coming home tomorrow early or not now. And to be honest, I would rather him spend time witn our son, that the GF. Yep - Im being honest. And selfish. Bad, bad, bad.

Thats all I have I guess. At home again, on here, and watching Anger Management. I really dislike Charlie Sheen, but I really love this show for some reason..

Ok - that sounded like I said HIS GF was going to be there, but it was MY GF that I went for a walk with that was going, along with me..

H just called to let me know that they were home from the fair. He said that he got my text about keeping our son tomorrow, and thought that when I sent that I had him last Sunday for most of the day, that I was sorta being snotty. So I explained to him that I wasnt at all. Then he says that he would keep our son tomorrow for the day, but can he ask a favor and ask if I would keep him next Sunday (motorcycle) and that he would pick up our son early Monday.

I said that was fine, but now I question if I should have been so accomodating. I mean, really. I have our son (and I DONT have a problem with it) every night with the exception of every other weekend. Wouldnt he want to spend his given time with him? Grr... So then I thought, I could ask him to switch next Friday then with next Sunday because I had those Billy Currington tickets (that I bought to surprise him back before all this GF stuff went down) to use Friday night. He hee hawed about it all, so I said fine - Ill get a sitter. Thoughts??

I could also tell he was fishing what I did tonight. I just told him. This whole game thing that apparently are playing sux.
