Again that is perfectly normal. Makes it hard to diagnose and the person that has it will be in denial. Now you know the problem, understand YOU can not FIX her, YOU can only FIX YOU.
Basic DB.
Look into enabling and codependence. That may be YOU!
Well last night before W went to bed, I got a message saying 'xo' and today on the phone she said 'love you' before she hung up.
Maybe it slipped because she was so used to saying it out of habit every day, not sure. It happened, not going to read too much into it in case it doesn't mean anything.
W's going to see the therapist tomorrow

Well, W came back from the therapist. He said she definitely has some depression. Also, that no one (including me) should take it personally.
He went on to tell her this crazy story about how he didn't like what he took for lunch, so he put it away, and some guy offered him half of his hoagie. The therapist usually eats a whole hoagie and was too full usually, so he was thankful for the half of a hoagie. My wife said to me, 'im supposed to tell you that I can only give you 'half of a hoagie' right now.
I hope that makes sense to everyone reading this. Very metaphoric.
