Thanks for more explanation of your "darkness". For now im going almost black....we haven't had a call/text/face to face in almost a week now. I think last Friday was the last time we had anything and it was text. I did physically see her at my S11 practice and she waved so I waved back, but that was all. Tonight we have a scrimmage against another team and I really don't know if she'll show up or not but if she does it will be the same thing for me again. Im not gonna avoid her, but im not gonna make an effort to speak to her either.
Im going to be as nice as I can be and focus on me, my son and my team and enjoy the moments I have left. Its a little bit bittersweet in that this is his last year in youth sports so its the last year that I have to coach him. After this it will be all school athletics so im trying to savor every minute of practice and games with him so we both leave with wonderful memories. LOL Thats kind of a 180 for me as well b/c i've always been pretty much a hard @ss as a coach. Im still pretty demanding, but I give much more praise now than I used to, both to my son and to others.
