I just started back teaching this week too

early mornings bite....ugh

next week when the kids come back is going to be rough too

hang in there and remember to be extra nice these next couple of weeks because she will be tired and stressed getting back into the swing of things.

Thanks Fig. I haven't been as patient with her as I should be this week. I guess that I don't quite understand why going back to work after 3 months of being off is so stressful. I would think that you'd be rested. Then again, I haven't had to teach a bunch of bratty 7th graders before.

I'm going to take your advice though and be extra patient for the next couple of weeks.
