Woman, you almost gave me a heart attack! When I read the line "have my sights set on someone here" I thought you meant the DB board! The thought ‘Oh GOD, not Betsey!’ actually went through my head…uf, what a way to start the day!
Now that I am breathing again…doesn’t it help to know that all of us are waiting for the old boy scout try idea to take residence in our Hs’ heads? And that in the meantime we help one another by encouraging self-growth (which, you could easily write a book on)?
Mr. W is going to do things on his own timetable. The more we try and guess at their timetables they more they change them on us. What butts they are! Damn good thing that it isn’t your job to take care of fair…because it would take some valuable time away from your true job, which is doing what is right. And you are doing it so well – what’s right, that is. Do you remember that fabulous goal that happened right before your very eyes yesterday??? And the positive that you just posted…hardly insignificant!
