Still Afloat and moving Forward

Well, we've just had a bit of a tiff. You know, if one is safe in the marriage, a tiff means nothing, but I could tell from the sound of his voice and the pity party he was having that he really is finished as well. I may be imagining it, but I know him too well. We have become so detached, that we have no patience with each other and no empathy either. I too am to blame ... it's been too long that he has been away, and promises are broken continuously, that I have no idea how I can ever trust him again. So, I am very keen to move on. We just have to untangle our financial stuff. When I get back home, I will find a financial advisor to help me with getting me on track with that part of my life.

Blah blah blah! LOL Same ol' story. He will never change, and now I have decided that I will not either. Here I am, having my own pity party. Hahahaha! At least it's a party, 'eh!
