stay grounded, mac - and focus on yourself. with the brain thing, it goes into overwhelm way before you realize that it does.

i still struggle with that a lot. we have to watch ourselves. unfortunately it's the emotions that get pulled up because the brain kicks in the anxiety as a defense mechanism

so no tricks - just yourself - cancel her out of your mental picture for a while until you are stronger in this.
