i know this sounds stupid, but i hadn't realized until today that when h says jump i say how high!! suddenly i was like - he can wait to give me his "news" or whatever. he makes me wait and wait for every little thing, this time i'm not going to be so available.

What ever ant he has in his pants is HIS. It sounded like "business" so treat it like "business". He can stew over what ever crises he's having and you can plan for it (ie. talking to joann, etc.)

Oh, I was at Walmart today, and got quite the view as I walked by their nail salon. A woman was getting her nails done with her man squatting on the floor beside her...feeding her lunch! I thought to myself what the he!l does SHE know that I don't! Lmao

i think h has been slightly upended by my nonchalant behavior yesterday!

he outright flirted on the phone with me last night... ????????

and then this morning, called right afar dropping s to his class, to ask me if it was ok to make a dentist apptmt for s and whom i wanted s to go see (since i have such strong feelings about it!!!!!) i took the opportunity to keep at my 180 of letting HIM do those sets of things and happily told him that go right ahead, didn't make any suggestions except to give the name of the dentist s had seen in the past and said thank you so much for taking care of this.

so, i see a lot of role reversal going on here - we are each starting to take on the things that only the other did during th marriage. unheard of for h to consider making medical appointment for s, and unheard of for me to take care of bills and taxes and filing everything.

i've done the 180's for almost a year now with these sorts of things, and h is just starting to do them - can't help noticing how long it truly takes when one makes fundamental changes, for the other to start mirroring in a similar way.....
