It is true, by havin sex with W, it makes me believe something good is going to happen, that is my expectation, and since everything just keep being the same I get frustrated.
One thing I am trying to fix is exactly that, not to have expectations. I have succeeded in minor stuff, and it is true, I can enjoy more of those simple stuff.
It is a painful, but necessary learning that I am willing to go thru to better my self.
