Thanks for the replies so far. The VA disability can be garnished for child support. As far as the child care expenses I don' know if they are part of the child support or not but it is money I've been getting and would not if it is ruled that I received it and was not supposed to. I will ask that if I do need to pay it back that it be done in payments the same way I received them. Like I said I get free childcare, the court may look at it as a perk that benefited both him and me and I may not have to pay it back. Warped perception on my part probably. I do know because of the VA disability I will request that everything is recalculated from the very beginning and that should be interesting.
