Has the OW contacted you since you both met and went back to her appartment? I think you need to be prepared by knowing in advance how you will handle this if she does. And if she doesn't, you need to realize that it will be very tempting to meet a new woman to chat with, or meet.
Your emotional defenses are down, and turning to the opposite sex would be easy (especially since you've already done it once).
It's not an easy battle, but it can be won!
We have still met and I'm helping her through her marriage. Things are looking up for the OW and her husband. Now OW and I are working on friendship and her resume. I'm getting close to moving out by the end of the month. Our house and yard are looking bad and it bothers me a little because our boys see this and I'm not allowed to help my wife and she's made this very clear. So it's her choice. I'm moving on!
