Leading my Tuesday night group at church turned out pretty well. We had some really good conversations. I stayed afterward talking to one of the ladies in the group in the parking lot until about 10:45pm.
OK, so I was supposed to meet with L #1 yesterday. I showed up, and there was nobody home. I received a call back later yesterday afternoon with the paralegal apologizing profusely. I am re-scheduled for next Wednesday now with that L. However, that is a big black mark even it was an honest mistake. I am still waiting for L #2 to get something on my calendar for next Tuesday.
I had told my W I would have an update by Friday at the latest. Now, I had tomorrow's update last night. However, I think I'm just going to go ahead and provide my update tomorrow when I get a chance. The update is pretty simple right now and it's not going to be what she wants to hear. It is that I'm meeting with two Ls next week. Oh well, it is what it is. I'm not going to scramble and try to make things happen this week. It's certainly an option, but not one I'm going to take.
I did get a 3 mile run last night after Midnight. I have a group bike ride planned with the local bike shop tonight, so that should be fun.
