That is part of it. An important part. As I say this is journey. And not everyone has the same one or at the same pace.

The real change comes when you meet yourself on the hill of adversity and don't let excuses or what someone else is choosing sway you from your goals.

You can't get up that hill if you are looking behind you.

The view is a lot clearer when you reach the top.
