Well, she is really testing life without you. If you want to find out what is going on. You can ask. But you may not get an answer that is truthful or that you like. Or you can do some verification on your own. VAR and go over all common accounts ( phone records , bank accounts )
Or you can do nothing due to fear and denial.
Or you can decide to GAL yourself.
As for the rugby match. Dress nice and head out. Do not mention it.

Ah soddit - I'm going to say we all missed her last night at the local watering hole. All = all the friends she's been staying with on and off for the past month. That's the puzzling bit - the likely suspects were all there with me! Lets see what she says. Not going to let it get to me.

Nope. Yup. It's going to really tick the W off - remember she doesn't have an income! And - watch me
My advice to betrayed/left-behind spouses is to simply try to -- in every situation -- DO THE RIGHT THING, regardless of how your spouse is likely to react one way or another.
Ask yourself, "What is the right thing to do in this situation? What is the thing that God Himself would have me do, if He were standing right in front of me?" Don't "tick off" your spouse on purpose, and don't go around trying to be a d*ck, but if you are confident that you're doing the right thing, do not be concerned one whit if your cheating spouse gets upset or not.
Neither try to please them, nor worry about upsetting them. Just DO THE RIGHT THING.
SS - words that REALLY sound like the right thing.
I was just going to go out - and then I'm just as bad as she is. Not good.
I'm off to the local watering hole where I have a feeling she'll be (it is Friday afternoon after all). She'll be with the others and I'm going to join in!
IF she's there and IF she behaves then I'll stay otherwise I'm off. No telling her where I'm going. UNLESS she ask's then I'm going to say I'm off to watch the rugby. Not with who. Not where. Just that.
So - off for a shower, a splash of Chanel Platinum Egoiste, throw on the South Africa shirt, clean jeans and new black leather shoes (with a few more bits and pieces :-)
well mac when you realize its not about her again. Let me know.
Your falling back to old habits.
Shake it up and do something new for a change.
Walking around on egg shells or attempting to provoke anger is a lose lose situation.
All I am saying is go live your life. Healthy and productive.
You know if she gets angry cause you went out and did not say anything.
Then you can validate with a truth dart.
"Wife. I hear what your saying. Are you saying that we need to discuss our plans and activities with each other? I am willing to start this if you are."
something like that.
