You might want to put up a post on the MLC forum or read one of my welcome threads there and use all the links.
Have you read the DR book? Get out and GAL. DETACH. Believe none of what he says and half of what he does. Have NO EXPECTATIONS. Take care of yourself, breathe, eat, sleep, exercise.
