Not Just an Ordinary Day #36

Went to one of my Dr visits today. I have a few lined up. Anyway, I lost weight even according to them Yippee! Nurse practioner asked if I was seeing anyone yet. Told her no but I was ready. Kind of rehashed my plans on all of that. She thought it sounded like I was right on track and that I had a healthy approach to it. That felt good to hear.

Next dr up is my dermatologist next week. Hoping that is an all clear visit.
