Tyler is close to me too and I like it there, but its always fun to check out new places. Tyler is great for walking trails. I took my camera there in the fall and got some amazing shots!
I considered checking out meetup to see if there is a biking group for my interest level, not serious and just looking for recreational biking. Maybe down the road I will do that to push myself out of my comfort zone. Till then I have been having fun scoping places out on my own. I have such a wide group of girlfriends, I am sure I can twist an arm or two
Now that the temps dropped its a great time to get out there again!
