Thunderclouds gather in the distance

Don't have much time. He is home, upstairs reading a bedtime story to our D. He did go to our old college town and brought a bunch of CDs (new versions of our old classics) and books and a doll for D.

We have not talked yet. He volunteered that he did get robbed in a train station on Jan 6 and they took his cc's and his wedding ring. His passport was in the carryon, which he had left in a locker...
