It's hard to believe nothing of what they say when it's staring you in the face in writing. Even when is so one sided it's full of [censored]. Who in their right mind would let the WAS walk away free and clear while the LBS gets fuc'd to the 10th degree? I'm talking house, credit, insurance, family, and so forth. If they want to walk away shouldn't a lesson be taught saying if you want out it comes at a price?
