Ha, thanks Busto!

Been a while since my last update. Nothing much to report on really. Life is progressing.

Haven't spoke with W since the last time we met, which is close to 1.5 months ago. Blocked her and a lot of her friends on Facebook a week ago. When I'm actually home, I'm slowly cleaning up a lot of her stuff out of my house and putting in boxes.

Been getting out as much as possible lately, though the perpetual rain of the 'Wet Coast' is trying to slow me down. My sister is running a boot camp that runs 2x a week, so I've added that to my weekly repertoire. Add in hockey a night a week, cycling (when it's dry), golf, and tennis, I'm getting my exercise on almost on a nightly basis, and I've never felt better.

I've been following a handful of stories on here on a daily basis. Seems a few people are making a bit of headway and it's great to see. For anyone who's in limbo, and has been for a long time, I'd strongly recommend getting out.

Well, it's been about 2 months since I last wrote. Things are going really well right now. I've had a great summer and am a bit sad its drawing to a close. I still have a few more things to look forward to though, like my big bike ride/race in early September and my trip to Europe in late Sept.

As for stuff with W, well, its a STBXW situation, and I'm completely at peace with it. We've talked a couple times in the last 4 months but merely to sort out our personal and shared belongings. I intend to file for D at the earliest date and she's aware of that.

I recently met an awesome girl through online dating and things are going great so far. She knows my situation (not the nitty gritty details, but the overall story) and it's not a problem. I feel completely alive again and it's a great place to be.

For anyone that is reading this I hope you find peace in your situations no matter what part of the journey you're in. Take care!

Thank you for your update! It is inspiring to hear that you are at peace with all of this. I'm glad you have met someone. As sad as it sounds, I feel as if I won't be completely at peace until I meet someone :(I KNOW I'm a great catch, but I guess I get caught up in the fact that my STBXH has someone. Oh well...great things come to those who wait!
