On a positive note, I went to sleep at about 10:30 and was able to actually sleep last night. I did wake up at 4:30, which is pretty normal for the last week and a half, but was able to fall back asleep and woke up just a few minutes before my alarm. I still feel exhausted, but I haven't gotten a full night's sleep in quite awhile now.

Work is excruciating. We used to chat all day when we were both at work. Now, I'm just trying to keep myself busy with work stuff, but it's so different. And difficult.

...and my office mate thinks this whole thing is hysterical! She asked how the situation was, and I told her how serious it was. She just laughed and laughed and said, "how special!"

I feel so incredibly guilty, because I feel like I am mostly to blame for this. How do you live with this?
