Here's my .02. Talk to your L about getting the charges waived. I would strongly suggest NOT to talk to your W about this. And definitely do not keep asking her if it's okay to see your son and DO NOT consent to being with your son with just her present.
She's already shown that she will do anything to ruin your reputation. She can easily say that she witnessed you doing something inappropriate and you will go to jail.
Right now she is only looking out for herself. How much more do you need to take from her until you say enough is enough?
