I think you should clear this with your lawyer or, at the very least, bring a third party as a witness so she does not allege that you threatened her etc. Better safe than sorry. You need to be cautious now.
The detective did mention yesterday that perhaps I can discuss something out to be able to see our son under her supervision. The idea is to hopefully drop by my wife's place for literally 1 minute (everyday, if possible) to give our son a hug and kiss goodnight, just so he knows that I'm still here for him.
