The document will be sent to him today. He is trying to get more for this weekend prior to signing the agreement, I am holding him to it verbally. I want him to be around his kids, honestly. I just want him to do it in his own place.
Last night he waltzed in like he still lives here, and let himself into my bedroom to change his clothes prior to taking the kids to dinner. It is just the lack of respect and privacy.
We emailed some details this morning to keep everything in writing re: visitation, yardwork that he wants to do while he is here, etc.
I also advised that due to recent interactions we will not be having graduation celebrations together.
He just emailed to say that he agrees. He also said "we need to be careful how often we use the attorneys. It is very expensive and I am not sure why we can't do some of this on our own. What happened to becoming friends"
I replied "how often I use my attorney is my call, and I hope to not need her all of the time. However, my friends do not threaten me or make unfair demands on me. I will use her when I feel it is in my best interest to protect myself and the kids interests"
