2) I know your angry. That makes sense to me. But if it's true and you can't do anything about it.. you need to come up with a gameplan.

If you are truly worried about the boys (which I believe you are) you need to figure out a strategy to protect them as much as possible.

And figure out a way to make their lives enjoyable with both parents in the house.

It may not be fair and it may mean need extra work on your end...

...but it may be what's necessary for your boys.
