I think the chill out and just be advice is spot on (and would make a great title for your next thread! ;))

The things that you have listed definitely sound like baby steps in the right direction. Maybe even toddler steps.

There seems to be some cheese in this tunnel, so I'd say keep on keeping on what you've been doing!
