I had a good time at our initial meet and greet last night. Stayed past midnight. Who would have thought?! Anyhow I was surprised to not recognize most of the people there. Hung out with those I knew and talked to some people last night probably more than I did in high school.

Last night was even better. So surprised that another one of my friends went through pretty much the same thing. At least she got a punch in on the other woman!

I posted this on the alt but just thought it was too good to not share: my kids didn't call me at all during the reunion events. I was fine if they needed me but I have had S19 call and grill me before. Anyhow when I got home Friday night I was talking toS19 and thanked him for not calling to check in on me. He said "Well, I guess we have to let go of you sometime!"
Too sweet! If they only realized that I am going through that with them.

I remember mine telling me "We think it's time you get out. Go on a date. Meet a new guy. You need to get your life back, Mom". LOL - guess they were right.
I'll bet it was a real growing experience for all of you.
Could you guys say a prayer for my niece? She tried to commit suicide yesterday. She is 18 and is lost beyond belief. The short end if it is that she cheated on her boyfriend, he took her back but in the end left her.
