Easy Crock-Pot dish:

1 can Mushroom Soup (plus 1 can of water according to recipe on can)
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
2 Boneless chicken breast

Add to pot in the morning and turn on low. Come home to a cooked meal.

I serve it over rice.
