A long time ago I realized why I needed to let go. I realized who I needed to let go of. What I, and as it turns out, many struggle with is 'how' to let go. We didn't ask for this, and we may not understand it, but we all seem to get to a point where we need to do it to free ourselves and truly free our ex's.
Starting a thread to help with that topic.
A recent suggestion from Walking was to envision cutting the cord. Perhaps Walking will chime in with that. At some point down the road, we'll summarize and repost with a new thread title. With any luck, something catchy...
