had just moved out of on March 1st had burned to the ground, along with seven other units. This took place yesterday morning at 530. I was shocked. There were no fatalities, but everyone involved lost all they had. They are now being housed by the Red Cross.

What a strange thing. Everyone is telling me that I moved for a reason. In fact, I left early before the lease was up, I was originally slated to stay there until June 1st. If I hadnt gotten the bug to move, that would have been me that lost everything! Then I really would have thought I was cursed.

So, this morning, at 0800 in my office, my s calls to see if I had heard, and to talk about it. Because of facebook, she knew more info about the incident than I did, I am rarely on it, she keeps in contact with some of our old friends. She asked how I was, and we both sort of said "there but for the grace of God go I" Really makes you think. I am relieved no one was hurt, and all animals got out allright.
