They change completely, right down to the way they talk and write.
Snodderly, this is sooooo true! W's handwriting depends on whether she's in mlc land or back here on earth...I can always tell that when she writes in her "artistic/creative" script that she is here with us, when I see the "formal/as taught in school" script...then I know she's on the ship...same with her diction....
I think for her she drops into the formal/controlled mode because she has little to no control over her thoughts and emotions when in mlc flip out mode, so she has to find something to be in control of, besides me
