hey jb... any thoughts on a good workout program? I joined a gym and the coach is putting me on a program, but just getting some extra ideas...
KD, my best advice I can give is to do something you can integrate into your lifestyle, or make a way of life. Personally, I have a hard time going to the gym, and I work out outside almost all of the time. I could probably stand to do some strength training, too, for more balance. Again, though, do something you can stick with.

I'd love to have a job that has me being physical. Always enjoyed those types of jobs... but I don't have the equipment and I find myself motivated to GO to the gym, rather than to figure out how to do the work outs at home... I think that finding a "buddy" at the gym will help me a lot... and besides... there's cute chicks there... lol
Once I've got my cardio getting better and some much needed toning, I think I will move on to some low end strength training, as well... then learn to play a guitar and become a rock star...
I'm just gonna butt (no pun intended) in here and suggest my 2 favorites, Pilates and Booty Barre (a mixture of Pilates, ballet and yoga) to KD. I can almost guarantee you'll be the only man in the class!
Oh God Ncl can't imagine KD doing Pilates. That would have to be taped and for sure the mods would allow it to be posted here. That would be the mother of GALing. Watching KD doing that. What a sight.
