hey jb... any thoughts on a good workout program? I joined a gym and the coach is putting me on a program, but just getting some extra ideas...
KD, my best advice I can give is to do something you can integrate into your lifestyle, or make a way of life. Personally, I have a hard time going to the gym, and I work out outside almost all of the time. I could probably stand to do some strength training, too, for more balance. Again, though, do something you can stick with.
