Yep, makes sense to me! It is a marathon, or an ultra-marathon in your case, so stay the course. I'm glad to hear you had some good GAL this weekend and got a great meal out of it, as well!
It's certainly has been a busy few days. My GAL'ing has been cutting into my posting time. Yesterday, I still had customers in town. We had a wrap up party last night. I went ahead and stayed for the party. I was a trooper. I dawned the afro wig and the disco glasses. I found myself out on the dance floor. Understand that jumping jacks were a challenge for me on my high school wrestling team. That means I am not much of a dancer. At all. Anyway, I stepped out of my former comfort zone and had a great time!
If that wasn't enough, I got home after 11:00 and decided it was a good idea to go for a 17 mile bike ride under the cover of darkness
Had my S tonight. I am behind on everything. Work. Laundry. You name it. I still carved out a couple of hours just to spend time with my S. We had dinner and played some Wii Sports Resort.
jb, stay the course man. My advice would be to let her do any D work at this point. Let her bring it up if she wants it.
FaithfulH and some other wise DB oldtimers gave me that advice, it worked for them.

Hey jb, I come to you your thread for solace at times. You and I have been S for almost the same length of time and I get energized from your upbeat attitude and all your GAL activities. I've been reading your thread since my Day 1 on the boards.
As TG poster earlier, I too, look "over my shoulder" but it's difficult when someone who was there for so long, now, isn't.
As another poster here says, Today is not the day I give up.
All the best to you.

Wow! Another stay the course. I think God may be drilling that one into my head! I had a devotional the other night that said to stay the course as well.
