How much of the conversations are initiated by her vs. you?

There is an argument for both sides of the decision for her to stay with you.

One - is to have her come and show her the best you possible. Let her know what she has been missing.

Two - Don't allow her to come as the house is no longer her home and it is inappropriate for her to stay in your home.

Which would you like to do? Which do you feel would ring you closer to your w?
