He's had several fainting spells on the airplane, and another this time too, even though he's in the comfortable business class
Ummmm....fainting spells??? That's NOT normal. Especially for a guy his age. WHy is he fainting? He needs a thorough physical. COuld be heart trouble, anemia, something else - but it's a very serious sign and needs to be worked up!
