You are absolutely right about what you said. Also the reason that I post about TIME is that this can take a lot longer than we EXPECT. This is the reason that we need to lower our expectations.
The final reason that I post like that to all the newbies is to bring their threads up to the front. With the way this board works and they being on moderation their posts tend to get buried. So by posting to them they feel recognized and validated. Simple DB techniques really. Please keep studying posting and passing your knowledge forward.
